What You Get with Every Rental
Every LimoCity booking is all-inclusive. Your price covers a professional chauffeur, fuel, vehicle prep and cleanup, unlimited mileage, unlimited stops, and a refreshment center stocked with ice, water, glassware, and napkins. No fuel surcharges, no mileage fees, no surprise charges. The only extra cost is gratuity for your driver, which is at your discretion. BYOB is welcome on all vehicles — your driver can make a stop for beverages on the way.

We offer vehicles for groups of 2 to 56 passengers. Stretch limos seat 10 to 30 and start at $100 per hour. Party buses seat 16 to 56 and start at $175 per hour. Our fleet includes Lincoln Town Car stretch limos, Chrysler 300 stretch limos, Cadillac Escalade SUV limos, Hummer stretch limos, sprinter vans, mini coaches, and full-size motor coaches.

A $250 deposit reserves your vehicle — the remaining balance is due one week before your event. All bookings require a 4-hour minimum. Need to adjust your plans? Cancellations made more than 30 days out let you apply your deposit to a future date.

Book at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead for most dates. For peak events — prom season, Rodeo season in March, summer Saturdays, New Year's Eve, holiday weekends — book 4 to 6 weeks in advance. A $250 deposit reserves your vehicle and date.
Can you bring alcohol on a limo or party bus in Houston?
Yes. BYOB is welcome on all vehicles as long as everyone drinking is 21 or older. Every vehicle includes a refreshment center with ice, glassware, napkins, and bottled water. Your chauffeur can make a stop so your group can pick up beverages on the way.
What is the cancellation policy?
The $250 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than one week's notice incur the full balance. Less than two weeks means 50% of the total. Cancellations more than 30 days out let you apply your deposit to a future booking within 6 months.
